A real conversation about your sport, your training, your injury history, and your goals. We need context before we can give you useful clinical guidance.

A functional movement and strength assessment that looks at how you move — not just what hurts. We identify asymmetries and compensation patterns before they become the next injury.

Clear Diagnosis & Plan
You leave with a diagnosis, a treatment plan, and a realistic timeline — not a referral and a "see how it goes." If imaging is needed, we order it and explain what we're looking for.

Performance Baseline (Tier 2+)
Performance and Elite members get a full baseline — VO2 max, DEXA, and biomarker panel scheduled within 30 days. Everything else is measured against this starting point.

Direct Clinical Access
Direct messaging with your clinical team between visits. Questions get answered — not queued for the next available appointment three weeks out.

48-Hour Guarantee
Members are seen within 48 hours of requesting an appointment. Because an injury that waits two weeks to be evaluated is an injury that gets worse in the meantime.
